Welcome to FIGTREE Merch. By accessing our website, purchasing products, submitting inquiries, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

FIGTREE Merch provides merchandise design, storefront management, print-on-demand fulfillment coordination, fundraising support, and related services for churches, nonprofits, schools, sports teams, community organizations, and other approved clients.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any organization, project, or request at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise Orders

Customers purchasing merchandise through a FIGTREE-managed storefront are responsible for payment in full at the time of purchase.

Service Plans

Organizations enrolling in a FIGTREE Merch service plan agree to the pricing and payment schedule selected at checkout or outlined in a signed agreement.

Examples may include:

  • Setup Fee

  • Monthly Service Fees

  • Payment Plans

  • Custom Project Fees

Payment plans are binding agreements. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of services, storefront deactivation, or termination of the partnership.

Service Plan Commitments

Seed, Growth, and Rooted plans are service-based agreements that include setup, consultation, storefront management, design support, and related services.

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding, planning, design work, or storefront development has begun.

Monthly service fees are billed according to the selected payment schedule. Early cancellation does not eliminate responsibility for outstanding balances related to completed services or agreed-upon payment plans unless otherwise approved in writing by Athelstan Enterprises LLC.

Custom project work, design services, and consulting fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may be subject to service interruption until the account is brought current.

Refunds and Returns

Because most merchandise is custom-made and produced on demand, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing errors

  • Damaged products received by the customer

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and may require photographic documentation.

Intellectual Property

Organizations retain ownership of logos, trademarks, and branding materials they provide.

By submitting content to FIGTREE Merch, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and authorize reproduction of all submitted materials.

FIGTREE Merch reserves the right to display completed projects, storefronts, and merchandise examples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Storefront Management

FIGTREE Merch may provide website setup, storefront configuration, product creation, and fulfillment management.

We do not guarantee specific sales volumes, fundraising results, customer traffic, or financial outcomes.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier capacity, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

FIGTREE Merch is not liable for delays caused by third-party manufacturers or shipping carriers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIGTREE Merch, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer or organization for the applicable product or service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services, storefronts, or accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, misuse of services, or conduct inconsistent with our business standards.

Privacy

Any information collected through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

FIGTREE Merch may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

FIGTREE Merch is a brand and service operated by Athelstan Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

All services, transactions, agreements, and obligations provided through FIGTREE Merch are conducted by or on behalf of Athelstan Enterprises LLC.
